Continuing Medical Education (CME)

Each chart rounds session allows one CME credit. You must fill out a Feedback Form at the end of the session to recieve CME credit. These forms will be stored in your members area. Certificates of CME credit can be printed as needed by the member  in the Members Area under the section:  My CME/PQI Credits. 

Chartrounds is jointly sponsored by University of Colorado School of Medicine Office of Continuing Medical Education and the Conquer Cancer Foundation of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

This program is a part of the Colorado Statewide Extended Campus. State funds were not used to develop or administer this program.

Behavioral Learning Objectives/ Anticipated Outcomes: After participating in a Chartrounds session, participants should be able to:

  • Analyze the most appropriate treatment techniques and selection criteria for radiation.
  • Implement evidence-based medicine as applied to individual case presentation and discussion pertaining to practice.
  • Identify knowledge and practice gaps relating to the treatment of cancer.
  • Participate in competency and practice improvement plants as required by the maintenance certification process.
  • Develop and implement action plans for improvement of radiation treatment in community practice.
